This combined Privacy and Cancellation Policy outlines the information we collect, how it is used, the measures we take to protect your data, and your rights as a member—including the process for cancellation.

  • Medical information provided by you or your healthcare provider relevant to the services we offer
  • Payment and billing information related to your membership

  • To deliver our services and support (including enrollment, coordination with manufacturers, and pharmacy benefits)
  • To communicate important updates, requests, and billing information
  • To continuously improve and personalize our offerings based on feedback and usage patterns

4. Data Protection and Security

  • We use advanced encryption, secure servers, and strict administrative protocols to protect your data
  • Payment details are encrypted and processed through secure gateways—TPRX does not store bank account details
  • We comply with all applicable privacy regulations

5. Sharing of Information

  • Your information may be shared only with your healthcare provider and pharmaceutical manufacturers to facilitate your medication access
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information

6. Cookies and Tracking

  • TPRX may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and service performance
  • You can opt to disable cookies via your browser settings, though some features may be affected

7. Third-Party Websites

  • Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy or content practices of these external sites and recommend reviewing their respective policies

8. Important Clause Regarding False Information:

If the denial is attributed to any information that was inaccurately or falsely presented by the client at the time of application submission, we regret to inform that no refund will be issued. Our rationale for this policy is grounded in the principle that our team has already executed its part of the service agreement based on the information initially provided by the client.

We emphasize that our services are rendered effectively and in good faith, based on the accuracy and truthfulness of the information given to us. Therefore, if the manufacturer's denial is a direct result of misinformation or false declarations from the client, our obligation to provide a refund is nullified. We stand by the integrity of our services and the expectation that clients provide honest and accurate information.

9. Children’s Privacy

  • Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18
  • If we become aware that we’ve collected information from someone under 18, it will be deleted promptly

10. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information
  • Cancel your membership at any time (see cancellation policy below)

11. Cancellation Policy

TPRX is committed to transparency and professionalism in all cancellation matters. Below is our detailed cancellation process:

Cancellation Request Requirements

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Email your request to: customerservice@transparentpricerx.com
  • Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances

Required Information for Cancellation

Include the following in your cancellation email:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful for service improvement)

Processing Timeline

  • Cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete

Billing Cycle & Final Charges

  • Billing is conducted at the end of each billing cycle.
  • ⁠If a new billing cycle has started, a final payment for the last month already initiated will be required
  • No additional charges will occur once the cancellation is confirmed and the billing cycle is closed.

Access to Services Post-Cancellation

  • Access to the client portal and services will be disabled once cancellation is finalized
  • Any active medication request or enrollment process will be terminated

Reinstatement Policy

  • Clients are welcome to re-enroll at any time by submitting a new application
  • Re-enrollment is subject to updated program terms and conditions

Cancellation by TPRX

TPRX reserves the right to cancel memberships under the following conditions:

  • Repeated non-payment or unresolved billing issues
  • Misuse or abuse of services
  • Submission of false or misleading information

Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise approved by TPRX management
  • If a refund is granted, it will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

12. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy & Cancellation Policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of TPRX services after such changes indicates acceptance.
